Ostendo customers allows you to provide greater service because all your customer information is in one place.
The customers masterfile contains all the customer details, making it easy for you to quickly review any aspect
of their business with you :-

• able to specify which fields you want to see and label them as you want
• can search on any of the fields displayed in the list
• can export the list to Excel, html, csv or xml
• can filter and sort the data
• can group the data by a field
   

 - additional physical addresses - can have as many as you want
 - can have as many contacts attached to a customer
 - billing customer can be different to the actual customer. Use for branch/head office situations



 - customer are linked to a pricing level. If customer is important enough - they can have their own pricing level
 - can also a set labour rate level that can apply to this customer for use in jobs and servicng
 - invoice consolidation allows you to have an invoice for each order or an invoice to cover multiple deliveries





- credit settings allow you to have total control over a customer



- able to print, email or print/email invoices and statements.
- able to have 16 additional fields against a customer - can be up to 8 text and 8 date fields
