Ostendo Software Annual License Renewal Fee
This fee is due 12 months after the purchase of the software and every year thereafter. The Software Annual License Renewal Fee is due every year on the purchase anniversary date of the original first licensed user.  This 20% fee is calculated on the day of the annual anniversary purchase date of the original first licensed user by using Australia's List RRP excl. GST of the day multiplied by the number of issued licensed users. This Annual License Renewal Fee includes upgrades and updates released during that year via internet download.

If licence not renewed, software becomes read-only.
