Ostendo Software Annual
License Renewal Fee
This fee is due 12 months after the purchaseof the software and
every year thereafter. The Software Annual License Renewal Fee
is due every year on the purchase anniversary date of the original
first licensed user. This 20% fee is calculated on the day of the
annual anniversary purchase date of the original first licensed user
by using Australia's List RRP of the day multiplied by the number
of issued licensed users. This Annual License Renewal Fee
includes upgrades and updates released during that year via
If licence is not renewed, software becomes inactive.
All existing data can be exported from Ostendo.
CRM with Microsoft Outlook plug-in. $1,000 + $100 GST
for 10 users with 20 % annual renewal fee when there are
5 or more concurrent users.
Web Services to connect, inquire and enter data via the
internet with unlimited remote users - $1,000 + $100 GST
with 20 % annual renewal fee when there are 5 or more
Queue Services for running events on a fixed scheduled
basis - $1,000 + $100 GST with 20 % annual renewal fee
when there are 5 or more concurrent users.
API Service connector for connecting to Ostendo from
shopping carts and third party products or unlimited
number of mobile usersusing Ostendo Freeway
capturing data in the field via IOS/Android phones and
tablets - $1,000 + $100 GST with 20 % annual renewal
fee when there are 5 or more concurrent users.

Implementation, consultancy, training and support
costs are additional to the software price. Software
cannot be purchased without professional help in
installation and implementation.
The costs for these services are dependent on the
modules being used, the number of users to be trained,
software andforms modifications required, transfer of
data from existing systems, location where the software
is to be used. We can give an estimate once
