• Notes, images and documents can be linked to an item along with revision level. They are not embedded in the database but need to reside on the server. Images can be copied to job orders, sales orders, purchase orders, assembly (manufacturing) orders, invoices and displayed in price lists
   
• Extensive date and time stamped history notes can be kept for an item.
• You can create warranties automatically when items are sold and create regular customer asset servicing for fter sales servicing of products
• Complementary add-on sales can be defined against the inventory item for prompting at sales order entry
• Full cost tracking and cost change logging. Keeps track of all changes to last, average and standard costs
• Mass global replacement facility is included for substituting items and alternative items option from the preferred supplier or list of approved suppliers with part number cross-reference and pricing information
   

• Comprehensive pricing levels, quantity breaks, discounts. A customer is attached to a pricing level and there can be numerous pricing levels. For each pricing level there can be up to 5 quantity pricing breaks
